Fiscal sponsorship, simply
An established 501(c)(3) nonprofit extends its tax‑exempt status to your project. You lead the mission and keep your identity. We provide the legal structure, financial management, and compliance support, so you can receive grants and tax‑deductible donations without forming your own nonprofit.
Follow the donation
Someone believes in your work and gives. Because your project is sponsored by our 501(c)(3), the gift is tax‑deductible, and funders can support you with grants too.
The gift comes to Angels for Angels. We send the donor an IRS receipt, record every contribution in the books, and keep everything compliant.

With fiscal sponsorship, you work under our 501(c)(3), so you can accept tax‑deductible donations and apply for grants right away while we handle the financial and compliance side.

Applying is free. There’s a $100 one‑time setup fee and a 7% service fee on all revenues received by Angels for Angels. Merchant fees pass through directly, business license fees vary by model, and there’s a $100 one‑time close‑out fee if you leave.
Yes. Contributed income, like donations and grants, flows through Angels for Angels. Earned income, like fees, ticket sales, and merchandise, stays your group’s responsibility and can’t be directed through us.
Yes. We’re based in Seattle and serve projects nationally and globally, with social change initiatives in 5+ countries.
Our team reviews your application and follows up about next steps. Once approved, we onboard your project, set up your online profile and Donate button, and you can start receiving tax‑deductible donations.
